I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was really useful for our trip to the Grand Canyon, but the service left a lot to be desired, especially with a rude interaction at the front desk. The room was clean but very cramped and didn't feel welcoming. On the bright side, the indoor pool was a nice feature that added some enjoyment to our stay.
